We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ChristianBookShop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Policy Details

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Customized items (such as engraved Bibles) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
• Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account and navigate to your Orders history.
2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Click "Request Return" and fill out the brief form indicating the reason for your return.
4. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
